Spirit Guides

You may have already come across the term ‘Spirit Guide’. This refers to an entity existing on a different, ‘higher’ plane of existence. Because of their higher sense of awareness, they have more profound and extended knowledge and understanding of existence. These are non-physical entities, however they may be perceived by an individual.

A person can have more than one spirit guide and generally, communicates with the spirit guides through clairvoyant means, including varying forms of mediation. With practice, the process of receiving the thoughts of your spirit guide, called channeling, can be made easy enough to rely on daily.

Each person’s individual experiences can connect him with various spirit guides, and the strongest affinity one can make is with the Twin Flame. The Twin Flame is the dual aspect of one’s soul. This is like the reflection of your physical self on the higher plane. The two seek each other out until they rejoin when you leave the physical body.

Spirit guides often connect with different people and thus, go by different names, depending on the person they connect with.

Generally, each guide comes to a person with a specific purpose – creative abilities, healing issues, spiritual development, etc. A spirit guide can even save your life in times of peril by entering your body or stopping time.

A nurtured relationship with a spirit guide can lead to physical manifestations of the guide, and people who live a balanced life are known to have humorous Spirit Guides.
